ZACC advised citizens to report any such encounters to the Commission or local law enforcement immediately.

The public was also reminded to adhere to tax laws, declaring goods and paying duties at ports of entry.

ZACC provided contact details for regional investigation managers where suspicious activities or corruption can be reported.
